Director

Manosh Kumar Das is an industry stalwart and a seasoned techno-commercial professional with a strong foundation in process control and instrumentation engineering. An engineering graduate in Electronics and Telecommunications, he brings over four decades of distinguished experience in operations, maintenance, projects, administration and leadership across India and overseas. Widely travelled and exposed to diverse industrial environments, he has successfully executed numerous projects both internationally and within India. His career was shaped through key roles at the State Electricity Board, L&T, Hindustan Zinc, Global Steel (Nigeria and Libya) and Jindal Steel in South America, before he transitioned into entrepreneurship and co-founded FGE.

B. SREEDHAR RAJU

B. Sreedhar Raju is a metallurgist and accomplished technical professional with deep expertise in project management, process control and business development in the steel industry. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Industrial Metallurgy, combining strong technical grounding with strategic insight. With more than 28 years of experience, he has worked extensively in the steel sector in India and abroad. His career has been built at organisations such as JSW Steel and Global Steel, where he gained rich exposure in operations, project execution, liaison, business development and commercial functions, giving him a holistic view of steel plant management and growth.

SANJAY JADHAV

President-Business Development and Projects

Sanjay Jadhav is an industry veteran with broad and in-depth expertise in operations and project management across both steel and cement plants. An engineering graduate in Electronics and Telecommunications, he has over 40 years of experience in developing projects, overseeing technical operations and maintenance and leading multi-disciplinary project teams in India and several other countries. Over the course of more than four decades, he has held key roles at Hindustan Zinc, Sterlite Industries (now Vedanta Group), Binani Industries, Ispat Industries and JSW Group. His journey from technical roles to senior management and leadership positions reflects his ability to drive complex projects, manage large teams and deliver sustainable performance improvements.

SABIR KHAN

Sabir Khan is a seasoned HR professional with over 22 years of experience across manufacturing, engineering and construction, renewable energy and chemicals. His career spans roles in plant and business HR as well as corporate HR and leadership positions in India and Southeast Asia. He holds a postgraduate degree in Social Work, a graduate degree in Humanities and a Diploma in Training and Development and is also a certified HR professional from the Society for Human Resource Management (USA). Sabir has been associated with reputed conglomerates such as Essar Group, Aditya Birla Group, Atul Limited, Chemie-Tech and KP Group, bringing to FGE a strong track record in talent management, organisation development and HR governance.
